The Ultimate Sync-Tilt mechanism is the result of six years of development, comprising 138 interlocking components. It minimizes the common gap between the backrest and the body during recline, bringing backrest slippage close to zero.
When reclining in a typical chair, the pelvis tends to slide forward, creating a gap of over 0.66" between the backrest and the body. In Ziel, this gap is reduced to just 0.13", ensuring the backrest remains in close contact with the body, providing smooth, recliner-like comfort across a full range of movements. * Patent registered: 10-1533650
An ergonomic mechanism that allows the seat and backrest to tilt at different angles in sync with the user’s natural movement, providing greater comfort when reclining.
The backrest tension can be adjusted to the user’s weight and preference. While seated, rotate the lever under the right side of the seat forward to increase tension and backward to decrease tension.
The backrest tilt can be restricted to four preset angles, enabling users to control both maximum recline and upright angles for reduced back strain and improved posture.
The lever beneath the left side of the seat allows fine-tuning of the backrest tilt range.

The lumbar support height can be adjusted to fit the natural S-curve of the spine, reducing pressure on the lower back. It is recommended to position the support slightly above the pelvis using the side-mounted handles.
The seat depth and angle can be adjusted to suit the user’s body type and posture. The lever beneath the seat adjusts depth (up to 3"), while seat angle adjustment helps maintain a natural lumbar curve even when sitting upright.
The armrests can be adjusted in height, angle, and forward/backward position. This allows the arms and shoulders to remain comfortably aligned, relieving strain on the neck and shoulders. The soft-touch padding enhances comfort during extended use.
