Eco-Friendly Materials
We use ultra-low emission wood boards and replace PVC edges with recyclable ABS.
Solvent-Free Finishes
Powder coating eliminates VOC emissions and solvent evaporation, minimizing fire hazards.
CFC-Free
Foam
Our cushioning is expanded using water rather than ozone-depleting gases.
Sustainable Packaging
Replaced Styrofoam with 100% biodegradable pulp molds for zero-waste packaging.
